Lovely! The bark is wonderful! Good overall feel of the picture, and the flowers hanging from the trees are a nice touch.

A lot of things in it I actually like. You have a good potential sense of texture and patience for detail. What you (in my opinion) should pursue is the integrity of the image. Technique, you do not lack. But making it all fit, showing the weight of the figure and indicating the depth of the eimage, the distance, the light and air - all that you should research and study. Right now, the tree texture is good but there's no hint on the distance; the figure is put in sitting posture but there's no feel of its weight; the light is supposed to be there but it doesn't really light much.

Make yourself thinking of the whole all the time. All detail must be viewed in the context of how it helps the whole image, not for its own value.

I really like the trees and flowers, but the figure kind of spoils the drawing for me, it is not so well drawn as the surroundings, and her sitting pose doesn't match the position/angle of the tree :0

I agree with arenhaus' and jawine's critic; the figure looks a bit like a cardboard-dummy.
Also i think the Blue on the wings and the Yellow on her body is overdone.

So imho, the picture is only very nice. 5(10)
